Herzelya Ville
A city on the outside, a village on the inside

A whole new neighborhood in the heart of Herzliya, built around a park, a boulevard and its own village life.
Overview
The Ville is not one building but an entire planned neighborhood in the heart of Herzliya, designed as a city within a city.
- Developed by Azorim (since 1964), architecture by Kika Braz Architects, public spaces by Dana Oberson.
- In full: six complexes and 1,843 homes around a park of about two and a half acres and its own commercial boulevards.
- In presale now: 186 apartments (3 buildings, 9 to 18 floors) and 448 apartments (7 buildings, 7 to 24 floors).
- Homes from bright family apartments to garden homes that open onto green.
- Each complex has a designer entrance, fitness room, lounge, yoga, a young children's club and a youth club.
The neighborhood
The whole idea of The Ville is the neighborhood itself, a self contained little world in the heart of Herzliya where daily life happens on foot, then opens onto one of the best connected corners of the city.
Its own green park at the center, with lawns, shaded seating and play areas for every age, the kind of place where neighbors meet and children play outdoors.
Ville Boutiques: a walkable boulevard of local shops and a neighborhood coffee shop, so errands and a morning coffee are steps from home.
Ville Kids: kindergartens built into the community, so the youngest residents never go far.
Connected Herzliya: Reichman University, the promenade and marina, Seven Stars Mall, the City Center, country clubs, museums and a long list of schools all within reach, plus the beaches just to the west.
Effortless access: the Herzliya railway station and the Green Line light rail close by, with Routes 2, 20 and 531 linking to Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon and the airport in a short drive.
Community: a brand new community with its own park, shops and schools, deliberately designed so people live on foot, neighbors know each other and children grow up outdoors, wrapped inside a city that already has everything.
