Histadrut Netanya

The new heart of northern Netanya

Histadrut Netanya

A collection of three towers in the renewing heart of northern Netanya, minutes from the sea

Overview

HaHistadrut is a new complex of three towers in the New North of Netanya, being rebuilt from the inside out.

  • Built by Azorim with the Netanya Renewal Company.
  • 182 homes, from four and five room apartments to penthouses.
  • Shared facilities: a designer lobby, a residents' club, shared work spaces, a gaming room and a gym.
  • Underground parking, smart elevators and a private space for every apartment.
  • A landscaped courtyard between the towers, a calm green heart of paths, lawns and planting beds.

The neighborhood

Northern Netanya is one of the most talked about urban renewal areas on the Israeli coast, a settled, walkable part of the city being refreshed street by street while keeping the character that made it home to families for generations.

Schools and parks: Naomi Shemer, Be'eri, Orgad and Moshe Sharet schools within a short walk, with HaGiborim Park and Einstein Park for open air and play.

The sea: Blue Bay, Kiryat Sanz, Shaked and Seasons beaches, and the Nitza and Ma'apilim promenades, roughly 500 to 800 meters from the door.

Everyday needs: HaSharon Mall, the lively Netanya market, the Culture Center, Independence Square and the Netanya Country Club all within reach.

Superb access: Route 2 and the Einstein and Netanya interchanges, plus the Netanya Sapir train station and the central bus station, connecting the area to Tel Aviv and the whole country.

Community: a settled, family neighborhood with houses of worship, schools and squares that hold it together, now being renewed and growing more desirable every year, ideal for young families who want schools, parks, market and sea a few minutes from home.

LET'S TALK

Let's start with a few details.

A short conversation works best when we both come prepared. Three minutes here saves us thirty on the call.
