Tidhar between boulevards

A new green boulevard in the heart of Tel Aviv

Tidhar between boulevards

Seven towers rising on Tel Aviv’s next great boulevard

Overview

La Guardia is a large-scale urban-renewal development in Yad Eliyahu, the emerging gem of East Tel Aviv. The project replaces the neighbourhood's original 1950s housing with 420 contemporary apartments — from two-room homes to penthouses — across **seven buildings of 10–17 floors arranged around roughly five internal gardens. The ground floor along La Guardia Street is dedicated to commerce, turning the street into the neighbourhood's vibrant main artery.

Delivered by Tidhar Group, Israel's largest private real estate developer, in partnership with entrepreneur Nehemia Davidi. Every apartment is built under the Tidhar Method and carries a 10-year warranty.

For diaspora investors, La Guardia offers a central Tel Aviv address in a neighbourhood mid-transformation, with high accessibility to the city's main traffic axes and the train. You see the opportunity. We handle the rest — legal, tax, transfer, and ongoing management, fully in English.

The neighborhood

Transportation. La Guardia Street offers high accessibility to the main traffic axes and the train, with direct access to the Ayalon Highway, proximity to the future metro, the new Yehudit Bridge, and the planned Hashlosha Bridge connecting the area to downtown Tel Aviv. The Tel Aviv city centre is a short drive or light rail ride away, and Yad Eliyahu is close to the HaHagana railway station on the Ayalon line.

Community. Yad Eliyahu is the emerging gem of East Tel Aviv, in the midst of extensive urban renewal turning La Guardia into the neighbourhood’s vibrant main artery. It blends the calm of a residential neighbourhood with easy access to urban life, and is known for its deep local sports culture and community spirit.

Schools & services. The area offers proximity to quality educational institutions, a skate park, and a green lung of about 20 dunams below the project. Its landmark is the Menora Mivtachim Arena (the Yad Eliyahu arena) — home to Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball and one of the major sports and concert venues in greater Tel Aviv. Everyday shops, cafés and restaurants serve the neighbourhood, with central Tel Aviv’s dining and culture a short ride away.

Let's start with a few details.

A short conversation works best when we both come prepared. Three minutes here saves us thirty on the call.
