Lascov Tel Aviv

A boutique rebuild in the heart of Tel Aviv, beside Sarona

Lascov Tel Aviv

A boutique rebuild on a quiet street in the heart of Tel Aviv, beside Sarona.

Overview

“Galim Laskov 16” is a boutique development built in the very heart of Tel Aviv, in the developing Ganei Sharona neighbourhood, steps from almost everything: Sarona, Ibn Gabirol, the Habima and Rothschild complex, the Cinematheque, HaArba’a Street and Givon Square, the TLV mall, and the Golda complex with the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Cameri, the Opera and Beit Ariela. In contrast to its central location, the street itself is a quiet island of calm and quality of life. It’s a demolition-and-rebuild project with clean architecture, wide openings, generous natural light and designed shared spaces, offering four and five-room apartments with three exposures, garden apartments and penthouses with large terraces and open views, built to a high technical standard.

The project is delivered by the Galim Group. For investors abroad, Haim Laskov 16 offers a new-build apartment at one of the most central addresses in Tel Aviv, in a wealth-preservation market anchored by location and limited supply.

The neighborhood

Location. Haim Laskov 16 sits in Ganei Sharona, one of Tel Aviv’s most modern and central residential districts, immediately south of the Sarona complex. Ganei Sharona combines contemporary high-rise living with direct access to the city’s main business districts, transport routes, and the Sarona Market, cultural venues, restaurants and entertainment, while staying suitable for families.

Transportation. The street is exceptionally well connected. The future metro stations Kaplan and Karlibach are planned at the two ends of Laskov Street, giving residents fast, convenient access, alongside abundant public transport of every kind. HaShalom railway station is a short distance away, and the Ayalon Highway is reached quickly via Kaplan Street, one of the city’s main arteries linking the centre to the highway.

Community. This is the cultural and commercial core of Tel Aviv. Within easy reach are Sarona and the Sarona Market, the Habima and Rothschild Boulevard complex, the Cinematheque, HaArba’a Street and Givon Square, the TLV mall, and the Golda complex, home to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Cameri Theatre, the Israeli Opera and the Beit Ariela library. The Sarona compound itself preserves 33 restored Templer-era buildings, now a popular district of cafés, restaurants, galleries and shops with playgrounds and open space.

Schools & services. Ganei Sharona offers nearby kindergartens, early-childhood programs and schools in the surrounding area, alongside green parks and open spaces, making it suitable for families as well as professionals. Everyday shopping, dining and culture are concentrated in Sarona Market and along Ibn Gabirol and HaArba’a, with the wider city centre a short walk or ride away.
