Mount Carmel Range

Life on the Carmel, where the ridge meets the sea

Mount Carmel Range

Residential towers and boutique buildings on Haifa's green Carmel ridge, minutes from the sea and the city's main transport routes.

Overview

Carmel Ridge (Reches HaCarmel) is a landmark residential development on the green slopes of Haifa's Carmel, in the established Ramat Eshkol area. It brings together three residential towers of 19–20 storeys and three boutique buildings of seven storeys, 350 large, spacious apartments in total, set around car-free landscaped gardens. Homes range from three to five rooms plus penthouses, finished to a high standard and built to green-building norms, with a designer lobby, a residents' club, a wellness space and underground parking.

Delivered by Ofer Investments, Israel's second-largest real-estate group, Carmel Ridge blends forested hillside calm with fast access to work, retail and rail. For investors abroad, it's a new-build home in one of northern Israel's most enduring addresses.

The neighborhood

Transport. Few Haifa addresses are this well connected. Carmel Ridge sits beside Highway 4, the Coastal Highway (Route 2) and the Carmel Tunnels (Route 23), which cut straight through the mountain and link the Carmel to the bay, the north and the road south. Three rail options are within easy reach, Hof HaCarmel, HaMifratz Central and the Central Bus Station, so the beach, the port and a fast train to Tel Aviv are all minutes from the door. It is the kind of location that lets you live on a quiet forested ridge and still reach the coast, the office or the airport line without ever fighting the city.

Community. This is life on the Carmel at its best, a green hillside for families set between Carmel Center and the sea, wrapped in pine forest yet moments from the coast at Hof HaCarmel. The MATAM tech park, the Horev Center and Haifa Mall are all close by, so quiet, leafy streets come with the culture, dining and everyday convenience of a real city. It is an established, well kept part of Haifa with a strong local identity, where morning walks in the woods and evenings by the water are part of ordinary life, and where the calm of the mountain sits alongside everything the city has to offer.

Schools. A genuinely academic corner of the city, built for families who value education. Carmel Ridge is close to the Technion, Israel's leading science and technology university, and within easy reach of the University of Haifa, two institutions that shape the character and the demand of the whole area. Around them sit respected local schools and kindergartens for every age, while the Haifa International Convention Center, Sammy Ofer Stadium and MATAM Park round out a neighbourhood that works just as well for growing families as for students, academics and professionals.

LET'S TALK

Let's start with a few details.

A short conversation works best when we both come prepared. Three minutes here saves us thirty on the call.
