Rokah Ramat Gan
A boutique rebuild on Rokach Street, facing Park HaYarkon.

A boutique 14-home building facing Park HaYarkon, two apartments per floor.
Overview
Rokach 40 is a boutique urban-renewal development on sought-after Rokach Street in northern Ramat Gan, in a green, pleasant setting facing Park HaYarkon (Givat Napoleon). It’s a TAMA 38/2 project, full demolition and reconstruction, of a seven-floor building with just 14 carefully planned apartments, two per floor, designed by Talma Architects. The mix includes indulgent garden apartments and a particularly impressive penthouse of around 200 sqm. The project has passed committee and is in pre-sale.
The project is delivered by the Zoaretz Group. For Jewish investors, Rokach 40 offers a low-density, park-facing new-build in an established northern Ramat Gan street, minutes from Tel Aviv.

The neighborhood
Transportation. Rokach 40 sits in northern Ramat Gan facing the Yarkon, with fast access via the Ayalon Highway to Tel Aviv and Herzliya and about 25 minutes to Ben Gurion Airport. The location is moments from Park HaYarkon and bridges into north Tel Aviv, with the Red Line light rail and the future Purple Line serving the wider city.
Community. The setting is green and residential: Rokach Street runs along the northern edge of Ramat Gan facing Park HaYarkon (Givat Napoleon), one of the metropolitan area’s largest green spaces. Ramat Gan is known as the greenest city in Israel, a quieter oasis outside the rush of Tel Aviv.
Schools & services. Northern Ramat Gan provides schools, kindergartens and family services within the surrounding streets. Nearby are the Ramat Gan National Park and Safari, Bar-Ilan University, the Sheba Medical Center and the Diamond Exchange District, with Park HaYarkon’s trails and open space directly across the river.
