Seven Seas
The authentic seafront. Sde Dov West.

The first residence to rise in Sde Dov West, 280 meters from the Tel Aviv shoreline.
Overview
Seven Seas is the first residence to rise in Sde Dov West, the last stretch of Tel Aviv's coast still to be built.
- Developed by two of Israel's largest groups, Electra Living and Dan Real Estate.
- Architecture by Yaski Mor Sivan (MYS Architects), shared spaces by the international architect Kobi Karp.
- 437 apartments, two to six rooms plus penthouses, most with wide terraces and open sea views.
- On the corner of Ibn Gabirol and Einstein, just 280 meters from the beach.
- A rooftop sea-view pool, a heated indoor pool and a full sports and fitness floor.
The neighborhood
Sde Dov is a brand new, master planned district on the northern Tel Aviv seafront, rising on the last open stretch of the city's coastline and designed from the ground up around the sea, green space and walkability.
On foot in seven minutes: the beach at 280 m, the Einstein light rail station (Green Line) at 175 m, and a pedestrian island leading straight to the water.
Green everywhere: a coastal park and a long seafront promenade with cycling and walking paths, plus public gardens woven between the buildings.
Everything close: schools, kindergartens, community buildings, shops, offices and leisure all within a few hundred meters, in a neighborhood planned so daily life happens without a car.
The right side of Ibn Gabirol: the most sea-facing part of the quarter, with open views west and the whole of north Tel Aviv within easy reach.
Community: a young seafront community taking shape from day one, where families move in together, children grow up by the water, and the parks, promenade and shared spaces become the heart of a genuinely new neighborhood.
