Shlomzion Ramat Gan
Modern Ramat Gan living, walkable to schools and parks.

A boutique 33-home rebuild on a quiet street in Ramat Gan’s Negba district.
Overview
Shlomzion 11 is a boutique urban-renewal development in the Negba complex area of Ramat Gan, on a quiet, pleasant residential street. It’s a TAMA 38/2 project, full demolition and reconstruction, of a single nine-floor building with 33 apartments, designed by Talma Architects, currently under construction and in sales. The mix runs from three-room apartments to five-room homes, including garden units and upper-floor apartments with large terraces.
The location offers a high quality of life for families, with kindergartens, schools, gardens and parks within short walking distance, alongside culture, sports and leisure centres and proximity to the national park.
The project is delivered by the Zoaretz Group. For jewish investors, Shlomzion 11 offers a new-build apartment in an established, family-friendly Gush Dan city minutes from Tel Aviv.

The neighborhood
Transportation. Ramat Gan sits directly across from Tel Aviv, with quick access via the Ayalon Highway to Tel Aviv and Herzliya, and about 25 minutes to Ben Gurion Airport. The city is served by the Red Line light rail along Jabotinsky Street and is on the route of the future Purple Line, which will run through Ramat Gan via Aluf Sadeh and Sheba roads toward the Sheba Medical Center.
Community. The Negba complex is a quiet, pleasant area offering a high quality of life for families, with kindergartens, schools, gardens and parks within short walking distance, plus cultural centres and a country club. Ramat Gan is known as one of Israel’s greenest cities: a calmer alternative just outside the rush of Tel Aviv.
Schools & services. The immediate Negba area has kindergartens and schools within walking distance. Citywide, Ramat Gan offers the Ramat Gan National Park (the country’s second-largest urban park, with the adjacent Safari zoo), the Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest hospital, Bar-Ilan University and the Diamond Exchange District.
