Shomron Land
Strategically located land on Kdumim's natural path of growth

Strategically located land in Kdumim, on the community's natural path of expansion.
Overview
"Kdumim" is a land opportunity in the heart of the Shomron, close to the Green Line and only 20 minutes from Kfar Saba, 30 minutes from Petach Tikva and around 50 minutes from Tel Aviv. The community is established and growing, but the surrounding land limits its next phase of expansion, and the natural path of growth is clear. Our position sits directly on that path: prime, strategically located land acquired ahead of registration and rezoning, where the greatest value is created before construction begins. The parcel is already acquired and moving through registration, with a residential target use. The project is delivered by Nahalat Ha'aretz. For investors abroad, Kdumim offers early entry into strategically located land beside one of the Shomron's most established communities, in a region projected to double its population by 2050.
The neighborhood
Location. Kdumim sits in the Shomron hills, close to the Green Line, and has grown into roughly 12 neighbourhoods with around 900 families and close to 5,000 residents. It is one of the region's more established, family-oriented communities, combining quiet hillside living with a full communal life, and the land itself lies on the community's natural line of expansion.
Transportation. The community connects to Israel's national road network via Highway 55, which links to Highway 5, the Trans-Samaria Highway, giving fast access to central Israel. Kfar Saba is about 20 minutes away, Petach Tikva around 30 minutes and Tel Aviv roughly 50 minutes, placing major employment centres within an easy commute while the setting stays green and residential. Community. This is a community-oriented town built for families, with amenities well beyond its size: a public library, a music academy and the Kedem Museum of Archaeology, alongside day-to-day shops and services. It blends the calm of hillside life with the social and cultural life of an established Shomron community.
Schools & services. Families are well served on the doorstep, with day care centres and kindergartens, two elementary schools, the Lehava Ulpana high school and several yeshivas (Bnei Chayil, Kedumim and Har Efrayim), reflecting a strong local emphasis on education. Everyday services, community institutions and green open space are all within the town itself.
