Overview
VILLAE is an elite collection of twelve custom-made luxury villas in one of the most sought-after locations in Hod HaSharon, in the heart of the pastoral Magdiel neighbourhood. Each villa is a bespoke architectural piece, combining generous open spaces in clean lines with high ceilings, large openings filled with natural light, carefully chosen raw materials, and a private swimming pool wrapped in greenery. The neighborhood
Location. VILLAE sits in Magdiel, one of the founding neighbourhoods of Hod HaSharon, established in 1925 and known as a green, pastoral and prestigious residential area. Hod HaSharon is an affluent city of around 60,000 in the heart of the Sharon, ranked high on Israel’s socio-economic scale, made up of leafy low-rise neighbourhoods and detached homes.
Transportation. The city sits in the central Sharon with strong road access via Highway 4 to the west and Route 531, which connects the area quickly toward the coastal highway, Ra’anana, Kfar Saba and the wider Gush Dan. Hod HaSharon’s railway station and the Ra’anana and Kfar Saba interchanges put Tel Aviv within a short drive, while Magdiel itself stays quiet and residential.
Community. Magdiel and Hod HaSharon are built for family living, blending pastoral calm with proximity to the centre of the country.
