Weizmann near the park
Park living in the heart of Tel Aviv’s New North

A boutique building 100 metres from Park HaYarkon, in Tel Aviv’s New North.
Overview
Weizmann on the Park” is built at Weizmann 129, 100 metres from the banks of the Yarkon, a location that connects the pace of the city with urban nature at its best. From here Tel Aviv Port, the beaches and the Sportek are all within easy reach. It’s a building of eight floors with a distinctive architectural design: a trapezoid membrane wrapping the inner glass structure that forms the façade, giving the building a unique presence on its street. The apartment mix runs from three and four-room homes to a garden apartment and upper-floor penthouses, built to a high construction standard with quality materials throughout.
The project is delivered by the Galim Group. For investors abroad, Weizmann 129 offers a new-build apartment beside Park HaYarkon in one of Tel Aviv’s most desirable residential areas.
The neighborhood
Location. Weizmann 129 sits at the northern end of Weizmann Street, in Tel Aviv’s New North, 100 metres from Park HaYarkon and close to the lively Yehuda HaMaccabi Street. This is one of the city’s most established and family-oriented residential areas, combining quiet, green streets with full urban life.
Transportation. The location has quick, easy access to all the major thoroughfares, with the Ayalon Highway and Namir Road close by and Arlozorov (Savidor Central) railway station a short distance south for fast rail connections across Israel. Tel Aviv Port, the beaches and the Sportek are within easy reach to the west and north, and the street itself stays calm and residential.
Community. This is a community-oriented neighbourhood built for families. Right nearby are some of the best schools and kindergartens in the city, youth movements, the conservatory and the Reform centre, alongside supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants. The area blends the serenity of life by the park with the cultural and social life of the New North, where an evening show, a café, an ice cream or the neighbourhood bar are all a few steps from home.
Schools & services. Beyond the local schools, kindergartens and conservatory on the doorstep, the defining feature is Park HaYarkon itself, 100 metres away. Tel Aviv’s largest green space (around 375 hectares, larger than New York’s Central Park), it offers extensive lawns, bike and running trails, sports facilities, botanical gardens, an aviary, lakes with boats, the Sportek multi-sport centre, and two outdoor concert venues, with Tel Aviv Port and the sea at its western edge
