Overview

Weizmann–Zichron is a luxury residential complex under construction in Tel Aviv’s Old North, on the block between Weizmann Street and Zikhron Yaakov Street, a short walk from Kikar HaMedina. It spans more than 2,000 sqm across two boutique buildings, 86 apartments in total, with underground parking and has been awarded a 3-star green building rating and an A energy rating.

The project is delivered by Tidhar Group, Israel’s largest private real estate developer, together with Q Real Estate, with architecture by Gidi Bar Orian and public spaces by Irma Orenstein. Every apartment is built under the Tidhar Method and carries a 10-year warranty, a level of accountability rare in the Israeli market.

For Jews outside Israel investors, Weizmann–Zichron offers a rare new-build entry at one of Tel Aviv’s most prestigious addresses, in a wealth-preservation market anchored by a central location and limited supply. The neighborhood

Location. The project sits in Tel Aviv’s Old North, on the block between Weizmann Street and Zikhron Yaakov Street, a short walk from Kikar HaMedina. Kikar HaMedina — the largest plaza in Tel Aviv, designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer — is ringed by He Be’Iyar Street and anchors the north–south Weizmann Street, in the Kikar HaMedina sub-area of the New North stretching between Pinkas and Arlozorov.

Transportation. The complex is about 100 metres from the planned Purple Line of the light rail (under construction) and close to its Ichilov station, with the courthouses and Tel Aviv Port within walking distance. Its location gives quick access to the Ayalon Highway, Highway 2 and the city’s main exits, plus the bike-lane network. The Savidor Central railway station is a short distance east.

Community. This is one of Tel Aviv’s most prestigious residential areas. Kikar HaMedina is the city’s answer to Rodeo Drive, lined with international luxury stores and designer boutiques, while the surrounding streets are quiet and family-oriented, close to shops, schools and the tram. Yarkon Park is within walking distance, and the green Gan HaGat sits just southeast of the square.

Schools & services. The neighbourhood is served by Old North kindergartens and schools, with the historic Herzliya Hebrew Gymnasium close to Kikar HaMedina. The Ichilov Medical Center (Tel Aviv Sourasky) is about 500 metres away, and the Tel Aviv Museum, the Performing Arts Center and the courthouses are all nearby in the Ichilov–Dubnov stretch of the New North. Cafés, bakeries, galleries and the Gan HaIr and Weizmann City malls are within easy reach.
