Overview
Zirelson is an urban-renewal development on Rabbi Zirelson Street in Tel Aviv’s classic Old North. The apartment owners chose Tidhar Group to carry out the renewal: three existing buildings will be demolished and replaced by three new boutique buildings with 81 apartments in total, designed by Muhlbauer Architects, who specialize in modern boutique buildings adapted to the character of the neighborhood.
